PRO Creation specializes in design and creation of environments of Film, TV, Theater and events.

Founded by David Butler  25 years ago Pro Creation has built a reputation in Buffalo's culturally active region, for high quality and imagination.

PRO Creation's clients include, West Herr Ford, WBBZ, Buffalo Advertising, New Era Cap, The Native Center, the Niagara Falls Conference Center, Sinatra and Company, Savarino Construction, Marcella's, RPM Entertainment, M&T Bank and Canalside. 

Butler's set designs and scene painting has been seen on most Buffalo Mainstages including the former Studio Arena, the Kavanoki, and Sheas as well as a host of WNY intimate theaters including Irish Classical Theatre, RLTP and The New Phoenix. Butler has created  interior and exterior created murals  for both residential and commercial  venues.

Awards

Butler has received grants  for multimedia performances pieces from:
--1988 The Rockefellor Foundation and NEA through Hallwalls Contemporary Art center for "D+D= GOD"

--2004 The NEA,  and Andy Warhol Foundations through the CEPA Gallery  for "Continents Under Pressure"   Which later became a week long residency with students at  Niagara County Community College

-- 2013  and 2014 he received grants toward his original performances of "Grain Dances, Steel Floats"  (Combining traditional theater, and dance into a site specific piece about Buffalo's immigrant history) from the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp administered by ASI.
